outfan is a technology product built and operated by Pariette Inc. It exists purely for entertainment.

The site runs on a single rule: whoever pays the most ranks highest. A club's position is nothing more than the total its fans have paid for that club's positions. There is no algorithm, no voting, no jury and no sporting criterion.

outfan is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by or otherwise connected to any football club, league, federation, player or supporters' group. Club names are used descriptively, as plain text, solely to identify which list is being referred to. Records are removed at the request of rights holders.

The presidency, head coach, capo, captain and shirt number positions are entirely virtual and visible only on this site. They create no ownership, shareholding, membership, authority to represent, management right or decision-making right in the real world, and establish no legal or commercial relationship with the clubs concerned. The word "owner" is an on-site display label and nothing more.

outfan is not a betting, gambling, lottery or game-of-chance platform. No prize, winnings, return or refund is promised in exchange for payment. The outcome is not random: the amount paid directly determines the ranking. Because a position is a digital service delivered immediately, payments are non-refundable.

Handles, messages and images are uploaded by users, who remain legally responsible for that content. Pariette Inc. is under no obligation to pre-screen user content but reserves the right to remove it without refund, on notice or at its own discretion.

Pariette Inc. does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free and may modify or discontinue it at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, it is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
